I’m loving it. Plays games like a champ. Movies look amazing on the 16:9 HD screen.

Nothing to complain about just yet… but it IS an HP, so “yet” is a key word here lol.

  12. sacker12 says:

No, I believe that the audio card installed is integrated HD audio.

  13. sacker12 says:

Actually, I think that HP released a patch that has fixed most of the problems with the quicklaunch buttons. When booted it up the first time, the buttons were very hard to use. However, I ran HP PC Health, which showed all of the updated drivers that were available for download, and practically all of my problems were resolved.

  14. sacker12 says:

How are you liking it? I just bought a HP refurbished laptop on eBay with the following specs:

Vista Home Premium 64 w/ Windows 7 Upgrade (which is on the way)
    Intel T9550 2.66GHz Processor
    4GB RAM
320 GB (5400 PRM) Hard Drive
    Blu-Ray + SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW
    1GB NVidia GeForce GT 130M
    16″ HD 1920X1080p Widescreen
    Integrated TV Tuner Card

It runs my games well, and is very well built. I would recommend it.

  15. masoncat1 says:

    Just got mine in.
    I went:
    Vista 64 + Free Windows 7 upgrade
    Duo Core 2.66 GHz, 3 MB L2 Cache, 1066MHz
    6GB DDR2
    500GB 7200RPM SATA HD
    1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 130M
    16″ HD 1920×1080p 16:9
    Blu-Ray + SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW
    Wireless N mini-card + Bluetooth
    HDTV Hybrid TV Tuner

    Great system for only $1600

I just bought this laptop a week ago and I just got it yesterday…So far physical wise, and performance wise it a very good laptop. This is an above notebook laptop. It has bluray, HD screen, and a nice matching video card. The physical appearance itself is done well. It feels like a solid laptop, not plasticky. I have not installed Adobe softwares yet to try them but I am very excited to do it.
I want to thank this author of this video, cus this review helped me decide to get this laptop.

Have you had any issues with the quicklaunch buttons? I have been having issues with them since the beginning and hp has told me it is a common issue people are having. I am sending it in for service today.
